What are Domestic Cables?

Domestic (house) cables are the backbone of building wiring—feeding lighting, sockets, and panel circuits in concealed conduits, trunking, or inside appliances and luminaires. Golden Hills Co produces both 300/500V (H05V types) and 450/750V (H07V types) variants to the relevant standards for fixed protected installation.

Product variants

Domestic Wire — 300/500V (PVC insulated)
H05V-U / H05V-R / H05V-K; solid/stranded/flexible copper; PVC TI1, 70 °C; typical sizes 0.5–6 mm²; coils.
Use for: lighting circuits, small power, panel wiring.

Domestic Wire — 450/750V (PVC insulated)
H07V-K flexible copper; PVC TI1, 70 °C; typical sizes 1.5–70 mm²; coils/drums.
Use for: conduits/channels with cover; appliances & switchgear internal wiring.

Flat / Flexible PVC/PVC (optional, per project spec)
300/300 V light & 300/500 V ordinary flexible; 220/380 V flat cable options—available on request with datasheets.

Key Qualities

When should I choose 450/750V instead of 300/500V?

Use 450/750V where the installation or equipment spec calls for the higher rating or for wiring in channels with cover; 300/500V is common for lighting/small-power circuits.

Yes—H05V-K (300/500V) and H07V-K (450/750V) flexible options are available.

Yes—standard sets or custom colors/legends on request.
